With over a decade of experience working on luxury superyachts and private islands for high-net-worth individuals, we’ve learned first-hand what true five-star service requires: meticulous attention to detail, complete discretion, and genuine care for the people and properties entrusted to us. From riding out a hurricane with Sir Richard Branson to serving tea to Barack & Michelle Obama in the Caribbean, our hospitality background shaped the high standards we now bring to every holiday home we manage.

Our journey into holiday let management began when we set up and managed our own Airbnb. We quickly discovered how much we loved blending hospitality expertise with smart systems and technology to keep everything running smoothly. That experience inspired us to launch Lil Blu Stays, offering professional Airbnb and holiday let management in Poole for homeowners who want increased bookings, reliable care and consistently excellent guest experiences.

Now based in Poole with our young daughter, and having both grown up by the sea, we bring a personal, thoughtful approach to every home we manage.
